FAQs

Everything owners ask before they build — plans, payments, domains and support.

One subscription covers three things that usually need three separate tools: a business website, an online store with checkout, and an appointment booking system. They share the same dashboard, the same customer list and the same design, so a salon can sell retail products and book appointments from one site, and a consultant can publish a profile and take paid enquiries from the same place.

No. You pick a template, replace the sample text and photos with your own, and publish. Everything is edited in a form-style editor — there is nothing to install, no hosting to arrange and no code to write. Most owners have a first version live the same day they sign up.

Sharpam works anywhere. The platform ships with eleven payment gateways covering North America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, South Asia and Latin America — Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Paystack, Flutterwave, Mercado Pago, PayFast, iyzico, PhonePe, Cashfree and SSLCommerz — and you can also accept manual bank transfers anywhere, which is often what customers prefer.

Plans start at $19 a month for Starter (one website, custom domain, up to 50 products), $39 a month for Business (three websites, unlimited products, bookings, WhatsApp store and analytics) and $199 a month for Pro, which is aimed at agencies and groups running many brands. Every plan opens with a 7-day free trial and is billed monthly, so you can move up, move down or cancel whenever you like.

Yes, on every plan. Point a domain you already own at your site from the dashboard and it takes effect once DNS updates — usually within a few hours. If you do not have a domain yet you can publish on a free Sharpam subdomain and switch later without rebuilding anything.

You connect your own payment account, so money goes straight to you — Sharpam never sits between you and your customer's payment. Connect one of the built-in gateways with your API keys, or enable manual bank transfer and confirm each payment from the orders screen. You can run both at once and let the customer choose.

Yes. Alongside the standard checkout you can publish a WhatsApp store: customers browse your catalogue, add what they want and the order arrives in your WhatsApp as a formatted message ready to confirm. For chat-first markets this converts far better than asking someone to fill in a card form.

That is the point of the platform. Products, services and bookable time slots live side by side on the same site and are managed from one dashboard, so a studio can sell prints and take shoot enquiries, and a clinic can book consultations and sell aftercare products.

The interface ships in 13 languages — English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian, Arabic, Persian, Hindi, Russian, Turkish, Vietnamese and Chinese — with full right-to-left layout for Arabic and Persian, so you and your customers can work in the language you actually think in.

Any time, from your dashboard. Upgrades apply immediately, downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and your site stays online until then. Nothing is deleted the moment you cancel — see the refund and cancellation policy for the details.

You do. Your text, photos, products and customer list remain yours, and you can export your data or take your domain elsewhere whenever you want. Sharpam only stores and serves it on your behalf.

Every plan includes email support, Business adds priority response and Pro comes with a dedicated account manager. Write to support@sharpam.com and include your site address — it gets you an answer faster than any other route.
